However, each figurine will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If any damage occurs during packaging and shipping, we will cover 100% of the loss.

We try to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak order periods or Chinese holidays, delays may occur.
Shipping costs for all orders are determined by weight, calculated shipping costs can be seen at checkout page.

If the shipping status of your package has not been updated for a long time or an abnormality has occurred. Please contact the shipping company or contact us to confirm the situation. If you do not receive the package within 60 days, please contact us to verify the situation in time, and it will not be accepted after 60 days.

If you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Weeaboosama is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
